manager and has served
as director for the past
four years. She primarily represents landlords

square feet of office properties throughout the Tampa Bay market.
Michelle Chandler has been promoted to director of business development at SchenkelShultz Architecture in

and is in charge of securing higher education projects. She

Stephen Hyatt has joined Fort Lauder-dale-based Berger Commercial Realty
Corp. as senior vice
president and director
of business development. Hyatt was most
recently VP of corporate development for
AutoNation Inc., and

executive positions at
the Galbreath Co. and Stiles Corp.
Steven Klein has joined the Miami office
of Duane Morris LLP as a partner in its real
estate practice group. Klein joined the firm
from Greenberg Traurig LLP and is an adjunct professor of real estate transactions at
the University of Miami School of Law.
Jeff Lanning has been promoted to associate director with Cushman & Wake-
field in Tampa. Lanning
provides agency leasing
and tenant representation, and is responsible
for leasing an office
portfolio of approximately two million
square feet. He joined Lanning
the company in 2007
after spending three years at Colliers
Arnold.

Chris Lovell has rejoined Studley as
senior managing director in its Miami
office. Lovell began his
career as a tenant advisor in 1980 in Studley’s
Midtown Manhattan office. For the past five
years, he was COO of
Reliance Housing Foun-
dation Inc., a nonprofit Lovell
affordable housing development and management company
based in Fort Lauderdale.
Randy Mathews has joined Coldwell
Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland as a sales associate.
Mathews was previously environmental
lands conservation coordinator for Osceola County. He also served as princi-
pal planner for the
Lakeland Community
Development Department and reclamation
supervisor for Agrico
Mining Co. in Mul-

in Coral Gables. He will
be in charge of marketing and leasing at Flagler

ment Group. Sutton, a Sutton
graduate of the US Military Academy, was previously an industrial
broker with CB Richard Ellis and also
